    Confusion over enforement action


    I have found an email (in my junk mail) to say that my son's account has had enforcement action taken against it. When I log into the enforcement history it mentions harassment. He wasn't on his Xbox at the time this enforcement action took place - and
    what is confusing me is there is no details as to whether it temporary or permanent. It says that I would have to sign in from the family account to submit a case review for more information - however when I do this there is no facility for me to do that.

    How can I find out how long this ban will last and for what reason? Many thanks.

    Xbox Live Enforcement?

    Indeed, the enforement team dosen't talk, they take action. File a report, Block, Avoid and move on. GOOD LUCK!!!

    well two things first

    It isn't nessessarily had happened that day

    That's a misconception

    One the report would be days or a couples weeks before

    It is reviewed by multiple pet teams before they issue the ban

    There is no such thing as a instant ban

    If it's only a 24hour ban there is no case review for it if first offence

    As it would take up to 48hours before they respond to yoi

    Under enforcement.xbox.com on his account it would be listed on his enforcement tab how long it is

    Enforment action unfair

    The only way to contact the enforcement team is by submitting a case review at
    http://enforcement.xbox.com

    While games themselves are rated M, everything on Live must be rated E for everyone.

    How can you get suspended when your watching netflix and not speaking to anyone. I was sitting watching a film when this happened, you cant just say that people who say this and that have not actually done anything. There should be a reason for action

    enforcement.xbox.com    . Log in there to view your ban and file a case review if eligible.
