    Confusion Over Accounts


    There are two accounts on the XBox One and until this afternoon the console was able to read each account on NFS Rivals. Now it is showing different account info at different times when playing the game. Has anyone had any experience of this sort of account
    confusion - I worry it might be something about to go wrong with the console.

    Confusion over 9year old daughters account??

    No worries for the lack of knowledge, thats what the forums are for!

    The message you are seeing indicates that Microsoft has prevented your daughter from going on Xbox for a while because she did something bad.

    hello there. never used this before so excuse my lack of knowledge.

    Having a confusing.time finding out what has occurred on my daughters xbox one whilst she's been using it at her nans, I received an email above ^ and don't.understand what's actually happened. Is this my daughter being naughty or is she in harms way and
    who is the second username at the top? How.do I get more information on what's happened? In the mean time I'm not letting her on it just to be safe as she can't be trusted she tells lies to get her console back all the time!

    Hi BekiL, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    With Xbox, there is a feature where you can share games and subscriptions to all profiles where you will set your account as Home Xbox.

    By this, you can definitely purchase just one Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and they can both use it on their own Xbox consoles.

    Let's say you will keep the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate of your eldest son. What you just need to do is to set his account as Home Xbox on the Xbox Series S for your younger boy to have access still.

    1. Sign in to the account of your eldest son on the Xbox Series S.

    2. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    3. Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.

    4. Check "Make this as My Home Xbox".

    The enforcement team do not use the forums and they will not give specific information regarding suspensions. Basically she has been suspended because she (or she let someone use her account) said something over Live that violated the code of conduct.

    It isn't nessessarily had happened that day

    That's a misconception

    One the report would be days or a couples weeks before

    It is reviewed by multiple pet teams before they issue the ban

    There is no such thing as a instant ban

    If it's only a 24hour ban there is no case review for it if first offence

    As it would take up to 48hours before they respond to yoi

    Under enforcement.xbox.com on his account it would be listed on his enforcement tab how long it is
