Confusion over 9year old daughters account??

hello there. never used this before so excuse my lack of knowledge.

Having a confusing.time finding out what has occurred on my daughters xbox one whilst she's been using it at her nans, I received an email above ^ and don't.understand what's actually happened. Is this my daughter being naughty or is she in harms way and
who is the second username at the top? How.do I get more information on what's happened? In the mean time I'm not letting her on it just to be safe as she can't be trusted she tells lies to get her console back all the time!

Confusion Over Accounts

There are two accounts on the XBox One and until this afternoon the console was able to read each account on NFS Rivals. Now it is showing different account info at different times when playing the game. Has anyone had any experience of this sort of account
confusion - I worry it might be something about to go wrong with the console.

Confusion over enforement action

I have found an email (in my junk mail) to say that my son's account has had enforcement action taken against it. When I log into the enforcement history it mentions harassment. He wasn't on his Xbox at the time this enforcement action took place - and
what is confusing me is there is no details as to whether it temporary or permanent. It says that I would have to sign in from the family account to submit a case review for more information - however when I do this there is no facility for me to do that.

How can I find out how long this ban will last and for what reason? Many thanks.

The enforcement team do not use the forums and they will not give specific information regarding suspensions. Basically she has been suspended because she (or she let someone use her account) said something over Live that violated the code of conduct.

No worries for the lack of knowledge, thats what the forums are for!

The message you are seeing indicates that Microsoft has prevented your daughter from going on Xbox for a while because she did something bad.

You can't as it's discontinued

It can't be sealed I'm guessing it was a resealed

You can't get decade old games still sealed unless you bought it from a collector forza games arent collectible

The game is over a 9years old and currently discontinued

You are going to have to ask amazon to step in

This happens on all the Family accounts (it used to work before!).

I have since created a new account for my daughter (after removing the old one), but still this problem persists. The issue is with your system.

Same I'm 36 have a 13yr old and 9year old they want s ps4 but im an xbox man have since the original now all there mates have them so it's great for there online. Same with my friends who were Sony through and through now all have xbox
