Confusion about home xbox/sharing with..myself?

Good Morning.

I'm confused how the whole home xbox works. As a bit of backstory I have a level of OCD that I do actually get assistance with. In terms of gaming this meant over the years I have made a couple of accounts (I have 5..) due to various things not feeling right
at certain times and so forth. Now after a break from it all to help remove this urge my partner has created me a account that will be mine but more under her control.

Now, I have never been banned or suspended on any account but I have made digital purchases across them. My concern is trying to find out if I'm OK to use these games on my main account. I understand to have them on the xbox and set as home but after googling
for clarification there are some people saying its market place theft to share games and some who say its fine.

Please remember I am only sharing with myself so technically I own the games, however I just cannot find anything clear on if this is ok? I have brought some games multiply times in the past due to my issue's and really trying to put my foot down and not
go that route.

TDLR: Am i ok to use my previous accounts purchases on a new account or can I get banned for market place theft/whatever

Yes, if you don't own the games on your profile (I.E, they are his games), then you will not be able to play them.

as you can read here, you can set the console as Xbox Home for one of your account and use all the games without risk:

To answer your question simply:

It would only be an offense if you gave any of your account information to someone else to put onto their xbox console and play your games.

The Home xbox concept is in place for exactly what you are wanting to do so that you can share your games within your own household on your OWN console.
