    @Rocky, Great Point I made another Suggestion Post about how confusing the Up and Running Page is when 90% of everything we do has to have an active Gold Live account to use it.

    After you create an account for the first time on your console, you have the option of going Gold for a 30 day trial period. Perhaps you inadvertantly set this up, and it's just now run out?
