Sorry to hear you're having trouble. Unfortunately mods are not available for the Xbox One version of the game. I believe that the youtubers that your son is watching may be playing the game on PC.

Here is a little guide on how to change the email address associated with your Xbox LIVE Profile.



How to change Windows Live ID:

1.) Sign in to the account you wish to alter, then press the middle silver button on your controller

2.) Press RB twice!

3.) Go down, and select 'account management'

4.) Go across twice, and select 'Account security'

5.) Select 'Change Microsoft account'

6.) Select Yes, enter the password for the email address shown (that is assigned to that account)

7.) Enter the email address you wish to change it to, and enter the password for that email address.



If you do not know the password to this email, you will need to attempt to recover it as in order to change Windows live ID associated to any profile, you are required to know the password. More can be learned about this, by

do mums not game aswell ? Im sure there are plenty and if your mums into that good for her. I wish mine was as she is a nightmare to buy gifts for. think flowers and chocs will have to do lol

as the xbox account was initially attached to your mums account then she still owns the microsoft account as the xbox account IS the microsoft account, even if you change the alias it is still your mums account.

I Have tried every step but they cannot validate my mum. If it isnt my mum then i fear someone else has access to my information and also my mums information. All the details we give you are correct but none seem to work. We need to recover this parental
account as i believe it is now being missused. Can you please help ?
