    Confused Mother....Xbox Live


    I just bought my kids the wifi adapter for their xbox 360. (I know...behind the times)

    We are connected and trying to figure out how the xbox live accounts work.

    Are we able to have one xbox live account and each profile sign in and out of that account? Or is the xbox live account connected to individual profiles? I have 3 boys/profiles. Do I need to create an Xbox Live account for each profile?

    Also, I created an Xbox live account with one of my kid's profiles using my birthdate and information. Am I able to sign him out of that account and create a new one for his profile? I think he is supposed to have a child account.

    I'm not finding the Xbox Live Gold Code on the box...What should I do?

    Wait, I'm confused...I have bought the Xbox about a year ago and created an account for me, my sister, my dad and my mother. So every account, since its activation, had a free month?

    Modified tenure level banned

    Sorry this is my third post now but I am very confused. We have had a reply about my sons ban, JayCee1337 but it says something about a modified tenure level. Can you please tell me what exactly this is as we are very confused. My son says his Xbox has

    Each offline profile your kids have need to be made their own Xbox Live account, multiple profiles cannot be combined. Each Xbox Live account needs its own email address (which now becomes the profile's Microsoft Account).

    This guide explains the process better than I can:

    As for the one you've already done: the profile is already an Xbox Live account, so this cannot be undone and dates of birth cannot be changed on any account, though you can change the name and such by going to

    If your talking about deleting the profile completely of the system of Xbox LIVE, I am pretty sure you can't do that. But by switching his mother's email to his own email is by going to your Dashboard on your Xbox 360 System and click where your/his avatar
    and click " Manage account ". Then go to your information and click Windows Live ID. Then you should see the option for you to change his mothers email to his own.
