Confused about UK PSU bricks

Hi, I have dug out my 360 250GB matt slim and can't find the power cord or brick for the life of me. I'm looking to buy a new PSU, however, depending on which site I go on some say I need 120w one (seems to be the most common one I can find) and other
sites state the UK slim S needs a 135w PSU. Without wanting to burn my house down would someone please be kind enough to tell me which one i actually require. Like i said, it's a UK console and being used in the UK.

Also, is it possible to actually buy these direct from MS? A bit paranoid buying one for ebay in case it's fake.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Yes and if you read what you posted it say about the PSU which is what I said!!!!! The xbox will work but needs a PSU from the region he will be using it!!

Which is what I said.... He need the whole power brick not just the plug.

I've got loads of US friend that life in the uk and use US console with uk power bricks and has had them ok'ed with MS when repairs where needed.

 

Brand new xbox 360S bought today, is it normal for the PSU brick to make quite a loud fan noise??

This is going to be a problem as I have transferred my ~60GB data to the new console. In the UK we are reasonable people so maybe they will swap the PSU brick for me.

Go here. Register your console, hit order replacement, put all your info in. They're not that expensive. About 30 USD / 32 CAD. It'll automatically get you the right part.
