    it seems that you forgot the part i said very clear that THERE IS NO LEGAL CASE AGAIST MICROSOFT AS OF THIS MOMMENT .

    i will say this again so once and for all you stop joking with my face and actually do your work , im here trying to reach one deal between both sides and you already know everything if you want to know more things im totally available to awser what im not
    available is to be a microsoft clown that im not available to be , find another person.

    i was send here by support team if you guys have any problem with that reach them because as i said im tired of going from one place to another

    i made contact a lot of times already with the xbox support they cant and dont solve anything , i contacted you and you cant and solve anything , your legal team dont awsers nd doesnt solve anything .

    why solves the problems created here ?

    you had a sweepstakes that the support team made me lose , it wasnt my fault they told me to wait you had the case with yourselfs and was solving it so you guys cant keep telling me you cant do anything because i didnt contact you or the case wasnt sent
    , it wasnt my fault on the contrary it was a right i had as a costumer that uses your service .

    this january you made a second sweepstakes and the xbox team blocked the xbox live from teh console exacty between 17 january and 12 february because i contacted them to solve the problem , was it my fault either that i couldnt get points enough in your
    second giveaway ?

    there are a lot of strange things happening because i had the guts to send the wrong things that happened to the right places and the awser from microsoft\support team is to punish for reporting the.

    you guys are tired of talking of legal steps i made so that is why you cant solve this , where im from when people is prejudicated and companies dont do their side of the contract you have all the right to search for options and solutions that doesnt mean
    you lose rights.

    i didnt start any legal actions agaist microsoft as of this momment im trying to reach a deal as i was told to do and if in the end people keeps making me look like a clown or playing around with me i have all teh right to take the moves i want but again
    im here because you are a big company that should solve your problems talking not running or ignoring them.

    im here because im tired of you sending me to one side and that side sending me here , im not a ball people sends from place to place , im a costumer that has rights and had teh right to participate on both giveaways and that right was taken and in teh second

    Make sure you DHCP settings on your router are set to ON and your Xbox 360 IP settings are set to AUTO. What you are experiencing may be a conflit of IPs.

    I would do a few things to troubleshoot:

    I would have both of you run a connection to check the NAT on both consoles, if they are both open, I would restart both routers (which is not only a good troubleshooting technique for gaming, its also healthy for the router) and see how that works out.
