    Confirmation code from Wargaming game not received


    I want to link my phone number to my account in the game, to do this I need to enter the code that comes to my mailbox, I send this code but it does not come to my mail, I have already tried and checked everything, it is not written in spam, I do not have any filters that could block the letter, I do not know what to do anymore

For us to isolate your issue, do you have an alternate email that you can use to test and send a test email to the primary email that you're trying to register in Wargaming?

    This is to confirm if the issue that you're experiencing is related to your email provider or to the email confirmation service of Wargaming. If you can receive and reply to the test email, this means that there's no email being sent to your address.

    I want to make sure that your issue will be resolved the soonest possible time. With this, I would recommend that you submit a support ticket directly to the Wargaming support.
