    For many months now, I haven't had any deposits into my account. I keep getting a message about confirming my account information and my billing information. I have gone into my Microsoft account several times and re-entered all of my information. Each time,
    it hasn't worked. I have posted before about the issue and it still hasn't been fixed. Please help!

    Replacing Xbox One - Game Saves and Account Question

    All game saves and account information should be stored in the cloud and will sync on the new console.

    I am sure someone who has had theirs replaced can confirm this.

    You just may want to remove your account from it before sending it back or exchanging it.
