Confirm purchase issue: Xbox One -> Xbox 360

Hi guys,

My name is Robert and I am from Slovakia. I have 12m gold membership and I can't download the xbox 360 games for my xbox one.

I have problem with marketplace. I can't purchase any Xbox 360 game. Does not matter that game is free (Dirt, Dungeon Siege) or paid game. Problem is same.

In marketplace I have localization Slovak, everythink is in Slovak language. For example:

Click on button "Download to Xbox 360". Browser open new window and I must login to Microsoft account. Everything still in Slovak language.

After login, browser show me "Confirm Purchase window". This window is in English language, not Slovak like when I buy games for Xbox One.

This window show me message "You have no valid payment options on file." There are two buttons. Cancel and Change Payment Options.

I tried Change Payment Options -> Add new Card -> In the Form is Country/region only United States. I can not change it to different country.



When I check my Billing overview in my Account Details I have here Visa Card.

I tried to add PayPal Account to my Xbox Personal Account. It was same problem with marketplace.



My friends have xbox one with gold membership and they can buy games for Xbox 360 without problem. They have everything in Slovak language.

Is any problem with language? Account localization?

Has anybody know, how to fix this problem?

Trouble installing GTA V

Hello,

If you are having problems while the install disc in installing:

Delete any GTA V install data that is on the Xbox 360 storage device

Clear the Xbox 360 Cache: System Settings->Storage->Highlight Storage Device and Press Y->Choose Clear Cache->Confirm

Re-attempt the installation.

If you are still experiencing the error, please try installing to a different memory device.

If the problem persists for all memory devices, please try the disc in another console to confirm whether the disc or the console is the issue.

go to store>>movies and tv>>xbox videos>>press menu>>select restore purchase history. This is for xbox one steps. For 360 console., do the same thing at video hub refresh it too.
