    Confirm purchase guide force closes while loading


    Hello, I wanted to redownload gta 5 on xbox 360. After hitting the download again button a guide will appear with the game details and confirm purchase page. However during the time for it to load it force close and im semt back to the game hub where I can
    hit download again. Im able to download far cry 3 no problem. But this stupid bug occurs on gta 5 and saints row 4

    Problem when purchasing Xbox Live Gold deal

    Whenever I click Confirm Purchase on the 40% off 1 month of gold deal it shows the loading symbol and then closes the purchase screen and nothing happens. I have Made sure that the card is up to date and all of that stuff so why is it doing this?

    Problems Renewing Xbox Live Gold

    Im trying to upgrade to Xbox Live Gold. When im in the Confirm Purchase Window, After i click "Confirm Purchase" a loading circle pops up and then about 15 seconds later the window closes. After this happens i still do not have an Xbox Live Gold membership.
    Ive tried this about 10 times. ive also tried to sign up on the Xbox Website and when i try to click the "Get Gold" button nothing happens

    That is very odd. Are you sure the game was purchased on the account you're trying to download with? You can check the link below to see if it's listed in your download history.

    live.xbox.com/.../history

    When I click purchase, it brings up the window where you usually confirm payment, but in the left side where there are the options, there's a loading symbol. Then after a while, that window closes, and another window pops up, saying that my credit card
    info could not be reached, and to pay for it with my balance. Then there's just a cancel button, and when you press it, the window closes and nothing happens.

    The strange thing is with no changes on my end the issue stopped for a while before resuming yesterday. Unfortunately deleting Accounts and Cache made no difference. Same story as before upon loading up the game, and still the only work around is to simply close the sign in prompt rather than confirming.
