Confirm password before purchase

Hi,

I've just added a PayPal method of payment to my sons account so he could buy a game.

With the PayPal added to his account I assume he would be able buy games without my permission.

Is there a setting that will require a password confirmation before purchase.

THanks. His brother and him are the only two that play it. So I can just put the password on the one account I guess. How do I set up the password needed before buying anything? Thanks!
