    My deposit is not going forward because it says to me that I must verify my billing information, so I go to my account info to check it out and yes, it was all correct. But that was 3 months ago.

    Opportunely I was browsing at "My rewards" and I realized that there was never a single deposit from Microsoft made; all of my points were still there, so I decided to check again my information to see what was the data that could possibly make the error.
    I checked everything again and then I looked that there was a scroll box that displayed "MX - Personal Account", and "US - Personal Account".

    I live in Mexico (MX), so all of the information that I once wrote in "US - Personal Account" is obviously wrong.

    I ask for support to tell me how to delete the "US - Personal Account" tab, because I have a theory that the information in there is the problem that stops my deposits.

    Confirm that the billing information on your account is correct.

    You can confirm your billing information either on Xbox.com or your console.

    Confirm or edit your billing information at Xbox.com:

    1. Go to My Account.
    2. Under Payment & Billing, click Billing Contact Information.
    3. If prompted, sign in using your Windows Live ID (email and password).
    4. Review your billing contact information.
    5. Edit the contact information if necessary, and then click Save.
    Confirm or edit your billing information on your console:

    1. Sign in using your Xbox LIVE gamertag
    2. Go to Settings and select Account.
    3. Go to Your Information and select Billing Information.
    4. Enter your Windows Live ID password, and then select Sign In.
    5. Edit your billing account information if necessary, and then select Done.
    If you keep getting the error message after you confirm or edit your billing information...

    Confirm that the billing information on your account is correct.

    Confirm Billing Information

    Hi MiffedPower. Your Rewards location and your Xbox Live location do not match and this is causing the deposits to fail. Your Rewards location is USA and your Xbox Live location is MEX. To change your Rewards locale to your current Xbox Live locale, you'll
    need to opt out of the program, wait for 48 hours, and re-enroll. Once you do that, please contact us again and we'll recover your pending credits.
