Configure TV channel favorites by user

On the right side of the OneGuide, there is a "Favorites" option - this will show the OneGuide with only the channels that you've marked as favorites. You can mix TV channels and app channels, so you get a personalized guide with only the channels you really
care about.

Hard reset does not fix it

How will it be unusable? You can connect your cable/direct tv box with the Xbox One. I assume in UK you have a physical box your tv programs run through(?) "Connect your cable or satellite box to Xbox One and watch all your favorite television

I may be wrong, but I believe the command is "Xbox OneGuide" then "Xbox select Favorites". For the channel selection being wrong, please PM me the following info: Zip code, TV provider, and brief description of the issue, for example: CBS is showing channel
55 but is actually 62. Thanks!

Microsoft has cancelled plans to have an Xbox LIVE TV service.

According to Industry Gamers, Microsoft’s plan was to launch a service would have required a monthly fee and which would have allowed users to watch all their favorite TV channels, socialize through a redesigned Dashboard, and access popular channels like
YouTube and Netflix.

Although this service was only planned for the U.S for now, it seems though that the cost of licensing this content has proven too much and therefore the company will instead focus on providing the apps which it does now, instead of focusing on live TV.
