Configuration of Microsoft does not allowd to play on Realms

Dear community,

Several days trying to solve this matter with my son. Spend already one day with the support service and they could't solve it.. Going nuts.

Very simle :

My son want to play on multiplayes on Minecraft. When he want to invites someone he has a notification that sayss : The confirguration of your Minecraft account does not allow to play on multiplayers.

I unloked everything on hs acount from my parent account and still same problem.

Will be really grateful if someone helps do not want to spend again a weekend trying to solve... Uffff

Thanks you! Done. Logget out and in on Minecraft profile. Still not working. same message...

...He's playing on Minecraft. He does not need to sing in to play this. I suppose you mean log in and out from Microsoft account? Because if he's not logged in Microsoft account he still can play...

There should be an option to sign into his Microsoft Account in the Minecraft Game.

Without being signed in on his Microsoft Account in Minecraft, the game can't apply the online and privacy settings you set up in order to allow him to play online.

If he's only playing locally on his own device, he can play without a Microsoft Account. But in order to play online on Realms or Servers, he needs to be signed in on this very device in the Minecraft Game.

What exactly do you mean you "unlocked everything"?

Can you check the following:

First make sure that your son is a member of your family by going to https://account.microsoft.com/family and signing in with your parent account. Make sure
your son's account is added to your Microsoft Family.

If your son's account is there, go to https://account.xbox.com/settings and again sign in with your parent account. There choose your son's account and under
"Privacy" your kid is allowed to "see and upload community creations" from "everyone".

Make sure to save the settings before you click on "Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety".

There your son should be able to "play with people outside of Xbox Live" and "can join multiplayer games".

Again, save this setting.

After that, make sure you son signs OUT of his account on the device he's going to play and then to sign in again.

Is your son able to play Minecraft on Realms now?

Ok. I blocked all options and validate. then unlocked all and validate again. Looks like is working... pppfff
