Hello, unlike the old controls the new Xbox One controls have built-in firmware and the previous ones don't.

It would mean everything to me if the legacy control options would be made avaliable somehow.

I would give all of the money if it meant i could play all games with the legacy control layout!

i cant keep playing halo games over and over.

Personally now I own one I don't think you would be a fool to buy one at the current price, its extremely well made body wise, completely configurable to your own layouts, with multiple layouts storable, its app comes pre-loaded with recommended configurations
for some games. The swap over paddles, thumb sticks and D-Pads work beautifully. And considering a bog standard controller is £35 to £40 the extra is justified by the quality, purely my opinion others may vary but at the end of the day quality costs money.
