configuracion de privacidad y seguridad en linea [Privacy and security Settings online]

No me deja cambiarla porque al momento de elegir la configuración, me salta un error

hoy 10 de noviembre no puedo jugar

no me deja jugar en ningun juego en linea me aparece que la configuracion de perfil no lo atmite

Ayuda al Jugar Halo 4!!!

Ocupo ayuda ya que para subir archivos compartidos no me dejan ya que dice que la configuracion de seguridad en linea no permite enviar el contenido .el contenido del miembro debe cambiarse a todo el mundo para usar archivos locales.

como le ago para cambiar eso ayuda!!

Just need more clarification.

1. When receiving the error, is this coming from a Xbox one or a Xbox 360?

2. What is the error code and message?

3. where are the settings being changed from? (console/ computer)

4. Have you attempted online or from console? Have you tried from both and got the same error?

Please clarify just a bit more.
