Hola, hago esta pregunta por segunda vez, ya que la primera vez que pregunté sobre el tema, se solucionó en el momento, de forma temporal, pero sigue presentándose el problema, este es que la conexión con el servidor en la aplicación y en la red de Xbox
aparece como bloqueada y como consecuencia en el Forza Horizon 4, no me deja unirme a ninguna partida. Un dato relevante es que mi NAT aparece como Abierta y tengo siempre alrededor de 170 o 180 ms de latencia, sin embargo a veces y de forma intermitente,
al reiniciar el PC el servidor se muestra como Conectado con 30 o 40 ms de latencia, aunque esto dura unos segundos y vuelve a bloquearse. Gracias de antemano.

No me arroja ningún mensaje de error, sin embargo si he comprobado que la conectividad cambiar de "Bloqueado" a "Conectado" al conectarme por cable, normalmente juego con WiFi y no había tenido problemas hasta que al mudarme la compañia me puso un nuevo
modelo de Router, cabe decir que mi conexión es de fibra con 600MB.

Thanks for updating us with your reply letting us know you've attempted the troubleshooting that was suggested by my fellow XBF member and you're getting the same results from a different network.

Are you receiving any specific error messages or codes in relation to the issue? Are you connecting wirelessly or via a wired connection?

Even though you've received an open NAT type, I would further recommend trying the solutions from our support article entitled NAT type on
Windows 10 displays "Teredo is unable to qualify" as well just to be on the safe side and to eliminate any potential NAT issues that may be further blocking you.

If you've already tried the solutions without the desired results, you may wish to contact your ISP (internet service provider) to enquire about your IP address and/or your ability to connect to Xbox Live. If you have a private IP address rather than a public
one, this may be the cause. I recommend this as many businesses use private IP addresses for security, while most home networks should be on a public IP address; however, since you indicated that you had the same issue at home it is possible that you may have
been assigned a private IP by your provider.

Aside from that, have you already tried connecting your PC to a different network to see if the issue persists?

Hello,

I, as well have a very persistent problem connecting to the Xbox-Live Servers from my Windows PC (Version 1809 Build 17763.1). I first encountered this while trying to connect to the Forza Horizon 4 Multiplayer Service.

So far I was able to fix the issue with the Teredo-Adapter and Opening my NAT-Type to Open, but the Server-connectivity remains blocked no matter what I try. The Guides above were all followed through very diligently but to no solution it seems. Te Services
required in the table are set up correctly and running. As I'm running GDATA Internet Security I first thought this might be the problem causing it, but with a lot of workarounds I added both the Xbox-App-Executable as well as all required ports to the whitelist.

The green checkmark indicates that the connection was established and allowed, all these ports were showing up while running the connection-test. The blacked out parts are irrelevant to this case as they are linked to my local NAS.

I also port forwarded every Port on my Fritzbox so that that couldn't be a limiting factor

Yet with all this set up I still get the "Blocked" as response and can't connect to the Multiplayer. I tried rebooting / power cycling my PC and Modem, the automatic solution of Windows in Settings > Games > Xbox-Network (which actually set me back one step
at first), all the mentioned guides in here and elsewhere I could find. Hope you can do something with all that information and help me find a solution.
