    Conections and notifications problems. Please help!


    Hello, my friend ''Killer Seboulba'' cant receive notifications like messages, group invitations and game invitations on the Xbox One but it on his works on he phone.

    I can not join this game like (halo 5, Bo3, minecraft...) We tried to use others accounts but the problems remains. But he need to invite me to make it work (exept in halo 5 )

    Can't login in my EA acount, any help?

    Since yesterday, i start the game and has to log on EA acount butt kepps saying ¨EA server conection expire. check your internet conection¨; i check out and isn't my internet conection. please help.

    Please turn off notifications then waited 10 minutes and then turn it back on.

    To disable notifications please follow these steps:

    1. Hit the guide button at any time;

    2. Move over to the 'Settings' blade;

    3. Look for the 'Notifications' option and select it;

    4. Uncheck the notification option;

    To enable the notifications back, please check the previous box.

    Please let us know your progress.

    Sorry to hear it. Has he tried power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down?

    Can't play downloaded games while connected online

    Today I'm facing the same problem, I am conecting to xbox live, but I can't play my downloaded games, both the paid or free games.

    My home page in xbox one is conected to the internet, my pins games and apps appeared, I cans see my online friends, but there is no store page or community page, as if the console is offline.

    Help please.
