    I have the same problem with signing in as well. I just restart the xbox one and sometimes it works. But it has been a lot of times I just cant connect. Even though I wired up my internet and it still doesn't connect.

    Hey there Player096789121.

    It sounds like you have 2-step verification enabled on your Xbox Live account. Can you verify you have it enabled over on
    account.microsoft.com? You may need to create an app-specific password under the 'Security' section.
