    Conection impossible


    Hi ,

    I can't conect to a live, my XBOX ONE detect my box, after that i use the code, and nothing!

    Not error message

    I try to restart the box with no effect.

    ONLY my XBOX ONE haven't conection, my computer is conecting in wifi without problem.

    Anyone can help me please?

    Can't login in my EA acount, any help?

    Since yesterday, i start the game and has to log on EA acount butt kepps saying ¨EA server conection expire. check your internet conection¨; i check out and isn't my internet conection. please help.

    i have the same issue, with cable i dont have any problem but for bluetooth its impossible, a half hour losed try to conect the wireless ..........

    I formatted the internal HDD and external I've extracted, I restarted the console factory and the problem persists.

    Thanks for responding friend, you helped me more than Microsoft itself, I guess the only thing left to do is wait for them to give me a solution (in years) or flash the console, I very angry to have paid for something that is completely useless because of
    a lousy technical Service.

    For faster responses I would recommend
    support.xbox.com/.../ContactUs     , I find that phoning them is the best way to get help as they dont copy and paste every response to you like they do in live chats.

    I just fixed that error code by Formatting my Hard Drive. Save any data you need first and give it a try!
