Buonasera,

visto che praticamente impossibile chattare/parlare con l'assistenza microsoft, provo a scrivere qui sperando di trovare una soluzione al mio problema.

Ho acquistato recentemente un abbonamento game pass ultimate, l'ho condiviso con un mio familiare su altra console e fino a ieri ha funzionato regolarmente tale condivisione.

Da oggi lui non riesce più ad accedere al servizio gamepass. Quando tenta di installare un gioco dal catalogo, gli chiede di acquistare l'abbonamento game pass, nonostante lui veda i giochi installati sulla mia xbox.

Abbiamo anche provato ad impostare "la mia xbox home" ognuno col proprio account e poi a rimetterlo invertito, ma niente.

since it's virtually impossible to chat/talk to microsoft support, I try to write here hoping to find a solution to my problem.

I recently purchased an ultimate game pass subscription, shared it with a family member on another console, and until yesterday that share worked regularly.

As of today he can no longer access the gamepass service. When he tries to install a game from the catalog, he asks him to buy the game pass subscription, even though he sees the games installed on my xbox.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have an issue with game pass sharing. Unfortunately, someone sharing game pas is not able to download from the game pass library unless you have. They can however select see in Microsoft store then
they can install.

Hey MsTheGamer290! To share Xbox Live Gold you will want the master account to set the family's Xbox console as their Home Console. This will allow all users that play on that Xbox to utilize Xbox Live Gold features and games owned by the master account.

Hi there SizableSky5983, we're afraid there is no way to transfer an existing Xbox Live Gold subscription from one account to another.

You may want to try
Gold sharing however to share some of your Xbox Live Gold benefits to another account.

You can create your own account,which would need a separate email address but you wouldn't need to buy gold for that account if you use the xbox ones gold sharing features

Yep,you only need one active gold account on the xbox one & you need to set up gold sharing,details here

Each account on the 360 would need their own gold subscription though to play online
