condemned criminal origins

I have rented this game a couple times from GameFly the last time being in back in November of 2018. Every time I try to play it I get the “this game isn’t playable here” error. However, the game is backwards compatible so what’s going on?

I guess I didn’t make this obvious in the initial post I don’t have access to the game. I saw that it was on sale I remembered my issues about it and thought I would reach out to see if anyone had any suggestions for what might of happen

Hello!

Our suggestion here, attempt a Soft Factory Rest Xbox Support by selecting the following:

Reset and keep my games & apps. You should use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps. This will save you from downloading or reinstalling the large game files.

This option will do the following:

Remove profiles (Keep all information needed for adding any/all accounts back on the console)
Redo the network connection, so be sure to have a backup if needed, i.e. Ethernet cord, hotspot connection

Try this step, and let us know if this works.
