Concerns with odd goings on with my Xbox.

So going to keep this brief, and since trying to get hold of anyone on the Support lines/email chat is futile will throw this in here..

over the last few days i have had the following.

When trying to purchase items from the Store while logged into my Console, its given me Someone Elses

Name

Email address

Credit card number to use.

I have Photos to back this up.. each time i have backed out the Store, reset my Xbox password gone back in and this time i have seen my own details.

the other issue i am now getting is the actual fonts of some of the Xbox Icons are clearly from another language, again i have screen shots of this, each time i see this i have closed connection reset account password to be safe and double checked my Network
security etc.

this just an annoying Xbox live glitch, something sinister? or have a load of Xboxlive accounts been leaked? and do i need to take this further?

I would definitely update all account info and make sure everything is accurate. Double check alternate emails too.

If you log into your account at https://account.microsoft.com/ does it show proper billing info, or the info for "steve"? Also verify any and all payment options on the account.
Deleting any outdated or unknown ones.

Done all the above and spoken to a rep on the live chat.

while my account does appear to be secured and has only ever been accessed from my home, the fact that on 2 occasions when buying via the store i have been given someone elses Payment details is worrying.

when the payment screen says

"Hi Steve, your online payment is being secured using Card network"

please select where you would like to receive the code

Text to: a Mobile number that isnt mine..

Email: an Email/provider that i havent heard of

I wonder.. who the hell is Steve? ( not me thats for sure) and why is it trying to make me use his details.. ive only got a screen shot of 1 occasion,

the Font issue looking as the insider reddit seems to of happened to a few people, so now not overly concerned on that.

My only concern with using the Xbox One's HDMI pass-thru with your Xbox 360 is for those people who already have the original Kinect (such as myself). It seems kind of odd to consider having 2 different Kinect peripherals mounted on top of my TV.
