Mines just about unusable now. Keeps telling me all my games have become corrupted. It even started redownloading a game I was actually playing. Its broken .Support no help at all. They offered to repair it. I have had a four weeks Lol.

Had mine about a month now it is crashing and shutting down more frequently. Will have to send it back.

I bought mine directly from Amazon, my console keeps crashing, when I load a digital copy 360 backward compatible game, it hard crashes and is unresponsive. When I try to play a Xbox 1 game it dashboard crashes immediately I sent it in for repair and just
got it today. Boy did I get pissed.

I'm going blind, I have a rare congenital disease called standards and worked this entire summer to buy this so I could enjoy games before I loose my vision. Boy was that a mistake. Do you honestly think I would want to tamper with a brand new, 500 dollar
investment In total with controllers and stuff nearly equates to 860 dollars. I'm going blind I wouldn't tamper with an entire summer's wage. I might complain to BBB. If their ok not honoring a legal binding contract because one of their retarded engineers
can't slap a **** sticker on there correctly, or the service center disasembles consoles like wild apes, I deserve another Xbox one x Scorpio. Otherwise I would like Xbox to refund every accessory the console and controllers to full price. Tax included. Don't
buy this piece of ****. Although I got lucky the reps are nice and speak English well. They are trying but reading what they do I'm doubtful. Rip a summer's hard worked wages. You were waisted in a probable vain.

The only issue(s) that I have with mine is that it doesn't show updates for my games/apps. The only way I know if I have an update is if I plug in my external hard drive back into my original Xbox One. I find that it is weird that it does that especially
since I have the same settings on both the Scorpio and original Xbox One (meaning its not set to update automatically. The only difference is that I had changed my home console from Xbox One to Xbox One X).Even mentioned it to Support and got no answer from
them about why that was. Was only told to manually go through every game/app to see if there is an update but when you got 110 games and 60 apps, I rather just plug my external hard drive in the original Xbox One for the updates.
