    Concerning Subscription


    I am a father and I have a Gold subscription for my son. He uses a secondary email address of mine for his subscrition. In order for us to have seperate profiles when playing Forza we have seperate emails. Am I able to use the Gold membership I purchased
    for him when logged into my profile with an address not associated to his subscription? If yes, how do I add my other address so that I may access online store while logged in under my profile? Thanks

    I'd recommend checking your account and make sure that you are having an active subscription using the link below. Another thing you need to check is your order history. Since you already renewed your subscription recently, you have to be able to locate the purchase on your account. If not, in that case you might have purchased it on another account.

    Hi there, if you renewed your Realm in minecraft but still it doesn't renewed, try sign out your account in minecraft and re login, I hope is helpful

    For your concern, your current subscription needs to expire first before you can purchase the Xbox Live Gold subscription (either discounted or full price).
