Concerning My 1 Week Communication's Ban From Xbox Live.

Hello, after getting home yesterday i received an email from the Xbox Services that had let me know about a 1 week communication's ban i had received from actions that had been done on September 1st 2015. The email had said that my vocal actions were from
a game clip i had recorded with Game DVR. The first part to this story was very confusing to me knowing that when one is to use the "Record That" feature the voice of the gamer is not recorded along with the game being played. My first thought was to call
Xbox support to get this problem resolved, when i had done this i spoke with a man of the support team for over an hour and although he was unable to access the video that was flagged/taken down we had come to the decision that i may had been victim of an
angry gamer that wanted for me to be suspended. He went on saying that i should appeal my case because A. the only game i had really played during that time line had been NHL 15 and that is generally a peaceful game, B. and most importantly i had been out
of town completely with my family. When i went to appeal my case i was unable to appeal as the particular text which is to be clicked on was not clickable, but just normal text with out a new URL directory. After this took place i had been directed to a specific
forum in which i could be helped out, little did i know was that the forum i had directed to had not seen any replies since October of 2015, and that brings me to now. I understand what the ban means and why it was given to me(Harassment, hate speech, etc)
but i am 100% sure that nothing in that context had taken place. For most "First Time Offenders" they are given a 24 hour ban, yet i was not given that treatment. All i would like is a phone call, or an email clearing this up so that hopefully i can get this
ban lifted, or in worse case proceed with the next 6 days knowing what had happened or what i had done. Once again i strongly believe that what had happened was almost impossible as with the use of the "Record That" feature ones voice is not included and that
is what i have been banned for.

General questions

I can't be sure what the issue is with your system if you have removed yourself from the console then nothing else should affect other players on the console unless there is a console ban

 

Are Jaspers Reliable? Are They Legal or Illegal?

A lot of people have told me that Jaspers are more reliable so I am opting to have mine.

My biggest concern is, is it illegal? I don't want to be banned on Xbox Live.
