    I am concerned that credit has not shown up for purchases regarding the Microsoft Movies & TV Rewards in MyMission. The section titled Must Watch requires purchasing specific titles and you get 3,000 credits when you spend $30 or more on those titles before
    tax. I purchased three of those titles (Kong: Skull Island, Alien: Covenant, and Ghost in the Shell) on the 22nd of December. Your site states it takes up to 96 hours for progress to show, but the progress bar has not moved. I also purchased Logan, on the
    27th of December. All of these titles are on the list of titles provided in the FAQs section of the website. The total amount I spent on all for titles, before tax, is over $30. Just a little concerned that I will not receive credits for this. If you can look
    into this, I would greatly appreciate it.

    I have not received my "Movie Marathon" or "TV Showmance" rewards on the Microsoft Movies & TV challenge for this month. Please help.

    So, I purchased Atomic Blonde, Wonder Woman, and Valerian but none of these appear to be counting towards the Must Watch portion of the mission. I know they counted towards Movie Marathon so will they only count for one and not both? As far as I can tell
    there wasn't anything that said purchases for these two parts of the mission wouldn't overlap and at any rate, its a bit weird they would register for Movie Marathon before Must watch since all three of those are new releases. Can someone explain why this
    is happening?

    Your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each specific offer.

    Since it has not been 96 hours, we have not yet received and fully processed these purchases. For example, we only recently received and processed your purchase of Happy, which is now progressing the offer.
