Good evening brother, I did all the procedure of the account and still blocked the constructions, I do not know what to do anymore, I contacted the Funcon company that owns the game and I did not get an answer regarding this question, I leave here for the
whole Microsoft community reported the neglect of this company to Funcon. It does not deserve to be part of this distinctive home that is Microsoft.

Sorry to hear it. Please try deleting then redownload the DLC again. If that doesn't work then delete and redownload the game and DLC at the same time.

If all else fails you should double check to make sure there aren't any specific things you need to do in game to get the gear.

Thank you for reaching out. We understand your DLC for Conan Exiles is installed but it is not showing up in game. As this could be a syncing issue, we recommend

removing and re-adding your account by doing the following:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select System > Settings > Account
   > Remove accounts.
3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.
   
4. When you're finished, select Close

Once you have re-added your account, launch Conan Exiles and let us know if you are able to access the content. Cheers
