Conan Exiles Server Issues

Myself and a few others have found that we're unable to join our PVE server (official server #2586) today after multiple attempts. This is the first time we've encountered this particular issue. The server shows at least one other player online, as well as low ping, but every time we try to join we get "failed to join server" and "restart the game if this issue persists" notifications. We've tried restarting the game, as well as restarting our consoles multiple times without success. All of us are playing on either xbox one s\x or series x consoles. Thanks in advance for any and all help with this matter.

We understand you are having issues with joining servers on Conan Exiles on Xbox Game Pass. Let's work on this together and sort this out in timely manner for you to get back to gaming.

Since you declined to install BattlEye during your first attempt to play the game, you will need to manually install it to be able to join servers. Here are the steps to install BattlEye for Conan Exiles on Xbox Game Pass:

1. Go to the folder where Conan Exiles is installed on your PC. You can find it by right-clicking on the game icon and selecting "Open file location".

2. In the game folder, look for a file named "Install_BattlEye.bat" and double-click on it. This should launch the BattlEye installer and prompt you to accept the terms and conditions.

3. If the installer does not launch or you get an error message, you may need to run it as an administrator. To do this, right-click on the file and select "Run as administrator".

4. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation of BattlEye.

5. Restart your PC and launch Conan Exiles again. You should be able to join any server that requires BattlEye.

Hola quiero agradecer a ustedes por ayudarme a solucionar mi problema les comunico que el soporte de Conan Exiles reconocio el problema que tenia en su servicio de server unicamente a unos pocos jugadores tubimos ese problema de no encontrar los server yo
agradesco su inmediata respuesta hacia mi problema,

en cuanto yo en esos 5 dias he perdido progreso de 7 y 8 meses en algunos servidores por el error de no aparecer el server del soporte de conan exiles ahora yo estoy tratando de que el soporte de conan exiles se aga cargo de los errores que me perjudico
como jugador de conan en consola xbox one ya que el cartel decia usted tiene que estar conectado en xbox live para jugar online cuando yo tengo la suscripcion paga he perdido tiempo juntando recursos y he sido raideado perdiendo gran parte de loot todo es
muy frustante volver a empezar todo de nuevo.

As I in those 5 days I lost progress of 7 and 8 months on some servers for the error of not appearing the server of Conan exiles support now I'm trying to get the support of Conan exiled is in charge of the errors that I am trying as a player of Conan
In Xbox One console as the sign said you have to be connected on Xbox Live to play online when I have the subscription pay I wasted time gathering resources and have been raided causing losing much of loot everything is very frustrating to start all over again.
