Comunications ban?

Today I was watching the Twitch app and when I tried to comment it told me I was banned for misconduct. So I looked it up just like it instructed me to. My alleged infraction took place in december 2013. That is 8 months ago. I have never uploaded any content
so I dont understand how I got this ban. Plus on the date it mentions 12/14/2013 the Twitch app was not even out yet. It is obviously a mistake why else would a ban from a user complaint dated 8 months ago suddenly take place overnight while I'm watching netflix.

seems to me to be no comunication between ms and customers. comunication is key.

at least respond to someone or post something to give us an idea of whats up

Unlifted suspension

Gday. I was suspended a few weeks ago for comunications. The suspension was ment to be lifted on the 27th at 8.55pm. All the comunications is still blocked on my xbox live. Can anyone help please??????

I have the same thing. Had a 2 week communication ban, it was lifted 2 days ago, and I still can not create parties/use voice chat etc.

did you get this fixed? im having the same issue. ive tried everything i still cant chat or message anyone. my communcation ban was lifted 10-30-17 smh thats a week ago. still no chat features or messaging anyone. Microsoft is so

The enforcement team doesn't monitor these forums, but I can try to point you in the right place. This could be related to reputation like you suggested, you can check your enforcement history here to see if any enforcements are in place, here:
https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/enforcement/showenforcementhistory . If there is none listed as active, sometimes refreshing the console could help, by holding down the
power for 30 seconds on the front of the Xbox, while its on. then trying again. If that doesnt help, follow the steps closely here https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/xbox-live/cant-send-messages
