Comstem pic change / gamer tag fix

Hey there, unfortunately... the ability to change your custom gamer pic has been disabled for everyone all across Xbox Live. This decision was made in light of recent world events hindering Microsoft/Xbox's ability to effectively moderate user generated

For your gamertag, persisting issues with that would probably need to be directed to Xbox Support manually either over the phone or online. That can be done here: https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us

Why is it that every time I go into the xbox app to change my game pic it says for me to try again. So I do and it continues

Yes hello no one can change there gamer pic or gamer tag because of covid-19

Unfortunately, the "adultness" of an account is determined by the date of birth that you entered, when you created the account.

Not even a parent account can set your account to "adult". They can only set up online and privacy settings "as if" it were an adult account, but it still is a child account, with some restrictions (like adding a custom gamerpic).

So you really have to wait until your Account becomes a "real" adult account after it reached legal adult age according to the birth date entered.

Now that your account is set as an adult, what error do you get when you are trying to change it? Or what happens?
