    Coms ban extended. Want another review


    following my recent coms ban I was Rebanned for 100 days because the enforcement team found a 2nd violation on my account. I'd like a case review or id like to be able to talk with someone because I've been banned for the past 2 weeks so there's no way
    I could have been reported.

    Flawed ban system

    So I have a voice communication ban and I was supposed to get off on March 24th. But for some reason it got extended to April 4th, I’m not going to wait another two weeks when I haven’t done anything since the first ban.(already tried to apply for a review
    and nothing happened)

    I have an ongoing ban but it doesn’t show up on my enforcement history?

    So last month I had a ban for two weeks one was a communication ban , another all online multiplayer. I have now served the ban and I still have a communication ban but I have no explanation to this in my history , I am unable to file a case review as I
    do not have any cases to review at this point. I personally want this ban removed as soon as it possibly can because I’m missing out on the full Xbox live experience at the moment.

    Sorry but the enforcement team does not monitor these forums nor does anyone who can contact them directly. The only way to contact them unfortunately the enforcement sites

    Console ban past due date

    Try removing the account from the console and then re adding it to see if that clears the issue.

    It's also possible that your coms ban was extended. 100day coms bans might not be listed on the enforcement site and you'd have to contact official support to see if that is the case.

    A com ban does not last very long. There is no way to have a case review for that. If you get suspended then you can have a case review for that.

    another thing that you want to keep in mind is that the 100 day bans are not eligible for case reviews.
