    Regarding to your information I assume that you can't boot your computer with security boot.

    Based on the description you provided, it seems like some driver signatures may not be compliant, causing the issue.

    You could try turning off Secure Boot, then running the command in Command Prompt as an administrator,

    bcdedit.exe -set loadoptions DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
    bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING ON
    After that restart your computer before turning on Secure Boot again.

    Secure Boot is a hardware feature. If this operation is not effective, I recommend contacting your laptop manufacturer for assistance.

    You can try performing a clean boot to troubleshoot the issue. A "clean boot" starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program. If your problem does not occur while the computer is in a clean boot environment, then you can determine which startup application or service is causing the problem by systematically turning them on or off and restarting the computer.

    Also, temporarily disable your security software, especially if you've installed a third-party one. Some security software can interfere with games. Just remember to turn it on immediately, so that there won't be security threats.

    By the way, is the Roblox app up-to-date? Update it if you haven't done so.

    I don't think you can record HDMI. It's a secure protocol. I think the 360 requires a secure signal when using HDMI, or it will not boot up. I know that when I turn my 360 on, and the HDTV if off, the 360 "waits" for the HDTV to turn on.

    It is a software issue regarding the boot sector, similar to a bios in a computer. If that is corrupted, the only fix is to reflash the ROM. Here, the ROM boot looks for a removable drive, and if that particular section is not perfect, it won't look for
    the drivers and load them up when the drive is plugged in.

    A factory reset MIGHT restore that boot sector, but if that still fails, the whole hard drive, motherboard has to be taken out, serviced and reflashed by a computer offline; something a good IT tech has to do that is an expert in that area of programming.

    I don't know if there is a battery (like there is on computers) on the mainboard of the console to keep the boot system settings active, but if there is, removing that usually restores the settings back to default, so the boot system can look for the external
    hard drive.
