computer screen going dark when moved

Hi i have been having an issue with my laptop for like a day or so. when ever i move my screen downwards like if you were to do the closing motion it just goes dark

its not off and the computer is on too when inspected i found out that the screen didnt go solid black but is like really really dark it look like a gameboy at night

but how do i fix this it comes back normal and bright when i move it in the opposite direction like a opening motion the laptop is acer if that helps.

On the Windows Search button type Control panel and either click on the result or press enter on the keyboard. Click on System and Security and then go to Power Options.

Click Choose what closing the lid does

Make sure the below is selected.

Finally, click Save changes.

I didn't say that the gamma was the problem for the stick not moving. It's the sensitivity causing that. I know because I had a dark screen and could only move certain directions. Gamma is the darkness of the screen. But if you don't want to try it or it
doesn't work, then try searching for your problem in a search engine. Others might have had the same problem.

When you start up dark souls does go a black screen and not even show the loading bonfire?

The problem is still there, moving the cursor to the bottom of the screen in edge, just moves it to the corner of the screen in Fortza. The edge browser screen is not using the entire screen, like a game does. The cursor is still visible and will not go away or can be moved when the Fortza game is being played.

well i thought it was to do with installation as my knowledge is at best limited but hey the best help is the brutal kind and wheres the best place to find brutes
