alrighty, sorry about that, but i think i have have found an idea, all the apps that aren’t working, you don’t launch steam, rainbow six siege: battle.net, battlefront 2: origin, overwatch: blizzard, minecraft: well… minecraft launcher

I think that reset or even format would be the last step to do.

Let's try first to really rule out any HD or RAM issue.

Did you do the SFC and DISM? What were their logs?

After running both, run a check disk:

Win + R > Type chkdsk /r

After finishing, do it again, but with the /b parameter:

Win + R > Type chkdsk /b

After running SFC, DISM and Chkdsk, run the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool:

Win + R > Type mdsched.exe

Restart your computer and it'll check for memory erros.

Please run these tools first and let me know if they found any errors and if the errors were fixed or not.
