Computer can no longer connect to Xbox

Up until recently, my PC has been able to connect to my Xbox One through the app so I can stream my games easily. Sometimes the connection would be interrupted or completely terminated, but it would go away. This issue is different, I would try to connect
to my console and nothing would happen. I would manually do this, and the message that told me it was connecting would display, but then switch back to "connect to a console". I tried to see if forgetting the console and re-connecting it to the PC would work,
but it made things worse. Now it can't even find my Xbox, and when I try to manually enter the IP address, it tells me that the address doesn't even exist. Has anyone else seen this before? Anyone know how to fix it?

Can no longer connect to my xbox

I've recently been using the xbox one streaming feature with absolutely no problems. Out of the blue, i was no longer able to connect to my xbox from the app. I can turn the xbox on from my computer, but when it tries to connect i get the message "We couldn't
connect to your console. Make sure the console is still on and connected to the same network as this device." It is by the way.

Unable to stream

All 4 xbox's in my house are no longer able to connect to live....my internet is fine...all 7 computers, VOIP and 2 tablets all are connecting fine. Two xbox's are wireless and the rest hard wired. None of my kids or my xbox can connect right now.

The only complaint I have is that I typically use a wireless connection but I can no longer play effectively that way. Every server, regardless of ping, has lag. So I must choose between the computer and xbox.

UPDATE:

a quick reminder: my computers never had and still don't have a problem getting on line. My xbox never had and still doesn't have a problem connecting to XBOX live.

My problem is that my xbox use to see my computers on my local network and I could stream videos from them to the xbox wirelessly.

What I discovered recently is that my xbox WILL see my computers when they are hard wired connected to my router and media will stream. BUT ultimately my problem still exists I can no longer stream video from my computers to my xbox wirelessly as I have
for the past 5+ years.

So the issue is connecting to LIVE, correct? Are you still having this issue? If so, does it persist if you wire directly to the modem?
