Compute Stick

Discus and support Compute Stick in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Because my TV only have 3 hdmi ports and it's full - don't want to keep switching hdmi cable around everytime but wondering if compute stick will works... Discussion in 'XBoX on Consoles' started by Colt45 UK, May 2, 2016.

    Because my TV only have 3 hdmi ports and it's full - don't want to keep switching hdmi cable around everytime but wondering if compute stick will works if i plug it in the back of xbox one?

    Xbox 360 Freezes Upon Startup When Using USB Drive

    i plugged my usb stick w/ xbox info on it and copied it to the computer. computer can't do anything with it but you'll have a copy of all your info to load back on to the stick if reformatting doesn't work

    8gb sandisk flash drive

    DO NOT stick it in a computer.

    It comes already formatted for the xbox.

    If you stuck it in a computer you may have messed it up.

    It is possible to plug anther hdmi device in the back of the xbox, for example i run a hdmi switcher box which gives me an extra 3 hdmi ports for devices to run through the xbox, Tv beeing the main one for me. Not sure what you you mean by compute stick,
    but another games console will work fine this way

    USB Hub with memory stick

    The USB stick and USB hub both work fine on the computer and Xbox by themselves. In addition, I just tried the stick connected to the USB hub connected to the computer and that works fine. The only thing that does not work is the stick connected to the hub while connected to the Xbox.

    It doe sound like stick drift is setting in. If you have a USB cable you can plug it in to your computer and go to html5pad.com and see the sticks there.
