When you go to Contact Usto request a callback, follow these steps:

• Step 3 ----Select topic
  
• Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
  
• Step 5 ----Select request a call from support
  

Once they call, explain the issue and they will be able to help you.

Le problème est que mon frère ne peux donc pas jouer sur la Xbox, n'y installer de jeux sur son ordinateur. Quand il se connecte sur la Xbox avec son compte cela dit qu'il faut entrer le mot de passe sauf que celui qu'il met est faux, pourtant c'est bien
celui qu'il mettait avant pour se connecter et il a bien vérifier qu'il n'ai pas fait de fautes. De plus l'adresse e-mail du compte n'ai plus la même donc il ne peut changé de mot de passe.

The common misconception is that when an email dies (Hotmail, AOL, ect) the Microsoft Account dies with it. The Microsoft Account is independent of the email so even if there is no way to access the email you can access the Microsoft Account with the same
email. If that email has changed then the Microsoft Account has changed. We suggest
