j’ai du crédit sur mon compte mais impossible de passer un appel . D’autre part je ne sais plus comment mettre du crédit car mon numéro de carte a changé. Merci pour vos réponses

Skype.com and read all about what you are wanting to know. you will most likely need to update your payment option then try and purchase credit.

Vous pouvez pas changer l'adresse de votre profile xbox, car c'est le meme adresse de votre compte Microsoft. L'email de votre compte Microsoft est lié tous les services ( Outlook, Skype, office, Xbox .. ).

Et Malheureusement, le support technique ne peuvent pas vous aider.

Signing into Skype uses the Microsoft Account of the active user. If your Skype account is already linked to that Microsoft Account, it just uses that, if not you can link it to a Skype account that you have.

So, for a family member that has a Microsoft Account on the console, but has not yet linked it to a Skype account, they should follow the flow to use an existing Skype account or create a new one.

You can unlink the Microsoft Account that is linked to a Skype Account as described here:

It sounds like there's some kind of confusion between Skype accounts and Microsoft accounts. Sign in to Skype on the web with to unlink your accounts, and then you can re-launch Skype on Xbox One to link the Skype account you want to the Microsoft account
that you use on your Xbox.
