Bonjour, je voudrais savoir si il y a un moyen de contacté microsoft, pour ce faire remboursé les prélèvement de 6.99 euros/mois du compte gold dont je ne jouis pas.

Je m'explique a l'achat d' une Xbox 360 slim ce noel le 24/2012 je connecte ma Xbox et je crée un compte Xbox live, en entrent mes coordonnées bancaire (je signal au passage que ce n'ai pas première xbox, mais c'est la première ou je rentre le N° de ma CB),
pour bénéficié d'un compte gold gratuit 1 mois, afin de pourvoir testé le soir meme les démos en vue de futurs achats.

Le 24/01/2013 je recois un message sur la Xbox en me demandent si je désirais garder ou annulé mon compte prémium gold donc il s'arrete normal jusque l , mais le 7/02/2013 j'ai la surprise de voir sur mon compte qu' un prélèvement a hauteur de 6.99 euros
survient, avec la mention CB MCST *XBOX LI FACT 07/02/13, l je comprend de quoi il s'agit je vais donc sur mon ordi, je jette vite un coup d'oeil dans mes mails, et je vois un message de microsoft me stipulent que j'avais souscrit pour un mois supplémentaire
a ce fameux compte gold !

Arff, pas grave, un lien ci-dessous mon message m' envoie vers la résiliation allons-y, je suis les démarches a la lettre donc en me connectent sur mon compte et la je m'aperçois avec stuppeur que je suis en "Membre gratuit" donc je me motive et je continu
la démarche de résiliation de ce [Mod Removed - Profanity]*" de compte, ça a l'ai ok mail de confirmation, ouf!

Le mois suivant devinez ce qui apparait sur mon compte, je pense que vous avez deviné: CB MCST *XBOX LI FACT 07/03/13, bon l je pense qu' on me prend pour une bille, donc j' appel c'est mieux, allo blablabla 6.99 euros sont retiré sur mon blablabla, ok
pas de soucis on gère la crise, bon enfin.
