    Compromised Xbox Account


    Hello

    My xbox account/windows 10 have been compromised and I have no phone number or email connected to it anymore.

    I do remember the gamertag and i have a bank statement that says i have used money on a "microsoft game".

    There is no way to contact microsoft about this matter except making a public post on the forums.

    If someone could help me with this matter, i'd be very greatful because i've put some time into games on my said account.

    All im looking for is help from microsoft support to help resolve this issue.

    Support would be the ones who wiuld have the capabiloty to do that, but ad they have already told you, it is not possible.
