    My accountant was found to have been fraudulently compromised and over £9k taken out of my account over 7 months, I tried to get it back but only received 3k back due to only allowed 2 refunds back a year. The thing is I requested the whole balance back as 1 whole sum, I have literally pulled my hair out over this going round in circles with Microsoft, Xbox and my bank. I just want the money back, how hard is for a company worth over 2 trillion to pay back money? even after they have investigated and found my account was compromised. Even my Microsoft account is frozen and still I wait for a reply over 24 hours after being told my account was fraudulently compromised. I have kept calm for months but it’s getting beyond a joke now.

    Phone support are the only ones who can help with these kinds of issues because they are the ones who will have to verify you are the owner of the accounts.
