Discus and support Compromised Account in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; My sons account has been hacked. We completed the form and were able to recover it.     Compromised Account


    My sons account has been hacked. We completed the form and were able to recover it. We updated the security but now the request is pending for 30 days and the hackers contact details are the verification settings. We can’t sign in or request a call
    back. Anyone any suggestions on how to speak with someone or how we can resolve this? So stressful!!!

    dsanman - As Smwutches mentioned, please contact Phone Support at your earliest convenience to file an Unauthorized Access claim on your account. You can find the number in your region by following the prompts here: support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Phone support are the only ones who can help with these kinds of issues because they are the ones who will have to verify you are the owner of the accounts.
