My xbox 360 has been on another tv before the one i have now and it shows black stripes on the sides of the screen and it is smushed into a box and won’t spread out. Is there a way to reset boarder lines

Dead Rising 3 looks better than Dead Rising 4 in every way...

Maybe OP is comparing compressed video with what he remembers form DR3 uncompressed?

Or he is comparing DR4 gameplay vids VS DR3 trailers which are touched up some.

Did we need a UHD Blu-ray player in XboX?

I wish people would stop saying nobody uses discs anymore. For one thing, all streamed content is compressed. It would take an absolutely insane Internet connection to support an uncompressed 1080p+ video stream (like 1 Gbps+).

Blu-Ray's and UHD Blu-Ray's don't have this problem.

    Compressed screen won’t uncompress

    Hi

Please see the instructions below taken from
    this link
that I suspect will be the issue you are experiencing.

    Standard TV

If the image on your TV or monitor is compressed or stretched, try changing the screen format. The following steps are for a standard TV or monitor connected with a component A/V cable. The steps might be slightly
different if you use a different cable.

    To change the screen format

    1. Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings and then select
      System Settings.
    2. Select Console Settings.
    3. Select Display.
    4. Select Screen Format.
    5. Select Normal or Widescreen, depending on your TV's format. See your TV user manual if you don't know the format for your TV.

    Xbox Movies and Shows

an uncompressed 30 min video file at 4k comes in at approx 50GB, so obviously it is reduced in quality and compressed but could still be in the region of 15GB per episode.

the reason it is smaller on iphone is due to a smaller screen and lower res.

    Xbox Dolby Digital support

Does your receiver support Dolby TrueHD? That's what Uncompressed 5.1 or 7.1 is. Dolby Digital refers to a lossy compression codec. Uncompressed refers to a lossless codec, which is what Dolby TrueHD is.
