Eu comprei um jogo no Xbox 360, de início disse que tinha dado erro, mas algumas horas depois recebi uma mensagem do app so banco dizendo que tinha sido debitado. Fui procurar o jogo no histórico de downloads e ele nao aparece, quando vou na loja ver se
o jogo foi comprado, ele pede pra comprar novamente, porem, quando vejo o mesmo jogo no aplicativo e no site ele esta na minha conta, só que no Xbox One, e não no 360, mas ele é compatível também com o 360, não o que aconteceu e nem como resolver. Alguem pode
me ajudar?

The game I bought and can't find is Lego Batman 2 I couldn't understand how to install the game on my console on the Xbox website

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with installing a game you purchased on your Xbox 360 console.

It would be very helpful if you could provide to us some additional info in regards to this matter. What is the game that you purchased on your account?

Additionally, you should still have the option to remotely install the game on your console from the Xbox website.

I would recommend attempting this and see if this allows you to install the game this way.

If you can provide for us this additional info, we should be able to assist you further on this matter.

Thank you for taking the time to reply to this thread.

When you are on the website for
said game, you should see any option to Download to Xbox 360, and this should allow you to remotely install to your console.

However, if you are unable to install the game via your
Download history, or the
Xbox 360 Marketplace on your Xbox 360 console, then your best bet would have to be to

Contact Xbox Customer Support as they would be much better equipped to further assist you on this matter.

Estou com um problema chato desde o dia que comprei o jogo Destiny 2, poi sempre que entro no jogo e vou fazer as missões os npcs e inimigos não aparecem sobre o mapa e depois aparece o erro Repolho.

Eu comprei o jogo, todas expansoes e após ficar um periodo sem jogar, o jogo simplismente desapareceu. Ele aparece para comprar quando eu o seleciono na loja. Eu tenho certeza que nao comprei com outra conta pois quem eu dividia conta tambem tinha o jogo,
e não tem como comprar duas vezes o mesmo jogo.
