Regarding de multiple Xbox account, I just have one single account registered at the moment when I did the purchase. This purchase was done on the Xbox one Microsoft store. Earlier this week I purchased a xbox live subscription and everything went fine,
got the receipt and got the purchase on my orders history on my account

I tried to fill the refund form but in order to summit it I need the order number which it doesn't even appear on my purchase history.

All so, even though it charged me 6 times I didn't get the game either, I've done the power cycle thing on the Xbox, checked the store and my queue downloads, and had no success. Please I need help with this issue because I was trying to buy a sale bundle
and it expires in 24 hrs the sale.

Thanks for the dedication. I'm still not having success with getting contacted. When I start the virtual assistant it sends me to the contact us, I specify the problem I'm having is with billing and the it says the don't have support for that issue, it says
I need to fill the refund form but I can't because I don't have the order numbers.

I'm getting nervous and anxious. Please help me out Chris, you are the closer contact I've got to support.

I can't get access for an agent to contact me or a callback on the virtual assistant either.

Maybe you can give me a walk through, or there is a phone number, Skype or some other communication channel to contact support.

I need help, it's a charge over $170 when it was supposed to be of $50
