Llevo más de doce horas esperando a que aparezcan en mi cuenta, ya reinicié el juego, ya reinicié la consola, des-instalé y reinstalé el juego dos veces y aún así no aparecen. Los compré con la cuenta en la que los quiero ocupar y el pago está completado.
¿Hay soluciones para situaciones así?

remove your profile, perform a
power-cycle, and add your account to your console again.

Sometimes the process is delayed either due to connectivity issues or problems server side. You may just have to be patient! However, if this problem persists, I'd try contacting Microsoft billing support on their website again. Once again, this may take
time, though they will do their best to get back to you. I imagine this is frustrating, I've had a similar issue with Black Ops 4 and PSO2 myself.
